This is definitely an area where a tenant needs help. Landlords will nearly always be seeking a revised rent well in excess of what can be justified. We will negotiate with the landlord or his agent and represent you as an expert witness in front of either the arbitrator or the independent expert appointed by the RICS to settle the dispute.
