Morgans Chartered Surveyors was founded and is run by Peter Morgan, a chartered surveyor of more than 35 years standing.
There are two arms to the business; one - based in Bromley - gives advice to local commercial businesses and carries out some residential property valuation and leasehold enfranchisement work. The other is based in London where Peter is a consultant with Ashwell Rogers. This office deals with retail property nationally and works for a number of national retailers dealing with acquisition of new shops, disposal of old shops, rating appeals, rent reviews, commercial lease renewals and arbitrations.
Peter is also a consultant with McMeeking Chartered Surveyors of Tunbridge Wells, who advise mainly on industrial property clients including Everest and Corus plc.

He is Governor of Burnt Ash Primary School, Governor of Bromley College and Trustee of Bromley and Sheppard's Colleges.
